Unlike the RTX 5090D and RTX 5090D V2, the RTX 5090 SE isn't a region-specific SKU aimed at complying with U.S. AI accelerator export controls, but is rather a mainline gaming GPU product. It is based on the same "GB202" silicon as the RTX 5090, but is cut down from it, featuring fewer streaming multiprocessors (SM), and a narrower 384-bit wide GDDR7 memory interface. The memory size is still 32 GB, achieved using a mixed density of 24 Gb and 16 Gb memory chips.

Dexter - hej, len to môže byť ako u 3.5GB+0.5GB GTX 970ky, časť pamäte full speed a časť pomalá..The memory size is still 32 GB, achieved using a mixed density of 24 Gb and 16 Gb memory chips.

We did some tests and evaluations and I think HWMonitor might be misreporting the raw values. It seems to use a flawed calculation that results in higher numbers. Note, that this is still not 100% confirmed as I haven't got a statement from Franck regarding this yet.
But it's also described by Igor: IBHE Blackwell Hotspot Estimation for NVIDIA GPUs - https://www.igorslab.de/en/blackwell-ho ... -question/
HWiNFO64 reads the hotspot directly from internal sensors. No estimations.
