Nyní tedy vidíme nástupce Llana v lehce poupravené patici (že by zas byla částečně kompatibilní v revizi 2?)
Také víme, že za rok to již bude nějaké Bulldozerovské jádro, tedy známe kódový název procesoru

AMD Expects Fusion "Llano" to Offer Three Times Higher Graphics Performance than Core i "Sandy Bridge".
According to AMD internal documents seen by X-bit labs, which describe performance of AMD's new products, AMD A8-3550 APU (quad-core, 4MB cache, 400 stream processors, Radeon HD 6550 graphics core at 594MHz) delivers three times higher performance in 3DMark Vantage test compared to Intel Core i5-2300 (quad-core, 2.80GHz/3.10GHz clock-speed, 6MB cache, Intel HD graphics core at 850MHz/1100MHz): P3335 versus P1007 marks. Besides offering more performance, the graphics core from AMD also supports DirectX 11 capabilities, whereas Intel's graphics engine features only DirectX 10.1.
The new AMD A-series APUs will also support Turbo Core technology, which will be able to overclock two out of four cores by 300MHz while disabling another couple of them. Unfortunately, the actual resulting clock-speeds are unclear and therefore it is unknown how completive will performance of Llano be against Intel Core i-series "Sandy Bridge" microprocessors.
Trochu OT na zaver.

No mňa tá správa o 3x vyššom výkone prekvapila...v negatívnom zmysle.

AMD Llano Fusion APU to Feature Radeon HD 6550 Graphics Llano's embedded GPU carries the AMD Radeon SKU of HD 6550. It will feature on AMD's Fusion A8-3550 and A8-3550P APUs, is DirectX 11 compliant, has 400 stream processors, and a core clock speed of 594 MHz. It uses memory shared from the main memory, but in all likelihood, AMD might work on SidePort-based memory support. Further, the Radeon HD 6550 can work in tandem with discrete AMD Radeon HD 6570 and HD 6670 "Turks" based graphics cards in the same way as AMD's IGPs have been known to work with entry-level Radeon GPUs using Hybrid CrossFireX. When the HD 6550 iGPU is working in tandem with HD 6670 or HD 6570, the graphics hardware will be recognized as "Radeon HD 6690".
AMD Hiring for Android Driver Development - Radeon, Fusion, Phenom for Android?
Here are several job postings for AMD for Android driver development. Maybe AMD does want to get into the Android game after all.
It was not too long ago when xbitlabs reported on AMD dropping Meego for Android
The hirings are for AMD Markham, formerly ATI.
The requirements include knowledge of video codecs, which may point to the idea that AMD is reworking its portfolio into embedded graphics.
