Tu je riesenie nefunkcnej regulacie otacok

First of all, uninstall everthing related to your graphics card. Start with removing Smart Doctor. Then, GamerOSD, and finally the drivers. Make sure that you remove graphics driver using the install manager. When it asks you if you would like to remove all graphics stuff, mark yes. Make sure that you remove everything one by one, meaning; you may have to restart the computer several times as each program requires. If you have Microsoft Defender or Spybot S&D, before you click restart computer button, wait at least 2-3 minutes to see if they ask you to confirm any kinds of registry changes. After you remove the graphics driver, when the windows starts check the system root (C:\ATi or something like that remains) if it does erase the folders. Do the same thing for Program files folder.
After all these, start with installing the AMD Catalyst 8.3 from the AMD site. Next, install GamerOSD version 3.03.1130. Finally install SmartDoctor version 5.09. Make sure that you install these one by one, the way you uninstall them. Take your time, do not hurry.
When installing, you must follow this exact order. First the system must recognize the card. After the card is recognized, GamerOSD sees the card. When GamerOSD is installed, then SmartDoctor can see the card and can work.
After all of this is done things should work fine. During the installation phase, DO NOT FORGET to wait for you registery monitoring programs to detect the changes and confirm the changes that these programs do. Which means waiting for 2-3 minutes before clicking the restart button of the each program after you install. If you dont do this, certain files cant be loaded to the memory, and programs dont work properly, also they dont see eachother and/or the hardware.
If this works for you, the final thing to do is to Turn Off the system restore point. After all the uninstall and install restore points are deleted, turn it back on and make new restore point. This serves two purposes: 1. you reclaim the hdd capacity you loose, 2. you have a restore point where everything works.

ale este skusim ten postup co tu bol postovany, potesilo by keby napr do 67°C isiel fan na 5% a potom nech sarozbehne sam nez otacat potenciometrom
