Windows nebootuje

Dobrý deň, hlavne múdrejším ako ja.
Prosím o radu, stretol sa niekto s nasledovným problémom:

Po zapnutí počítača nie je schopný sa spustiť ani Windows, resp. začne sa spúšťať ale za

Ani cez Safe Mode ani cez Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked), ani cez nič iné sa nedá spustiť Winows, stále sa to reštartuje.
Prosím o radu, je to vírus? Pomóóóóc

reinštalovať, poprípade čo bolo naposledy menené z HW/SW?

Ak to nepomoze (alebo pojde len asi 10s) reinstal. Inak podobne problemy sposobuje vacsinou HW (v mojom pripade to bola grafa)
