Keď myslíš "R58x0" = RV870 tak nič, keďže sa má jednať len o R600 architektúru rozšírenú o podporu D3D 11. Pod "natívnou podporou D3D 11" sa má rozumieť nová architektúra R970, ktorá je od základov "optimalizovaná" pre D3D 11.

Doteraz bola s novou verziou D3D predstavená aj nová generácia GPUs s novou architektúrou, teda príklad v pravom slova zmysle nie je z minulosti. Skôr by som bral ako podporu D3D 10 techlevelu v G80, keďže jeho GS výkon bol slabý. Napriek tomu to bol vynikajúci čip, pretože bol tým najvýkonnejším DX9 riešením v danej dobe a "D3D 10" hry, boli väčšinou len patchnuté DX9ny. AMD/ATi zatiaľ takouto cestou nešla, avšak časy sa menia a možno je to to najlepšie riešenie.

32nm SOI technology will be shipping in 2010 in an AMD design though GF does have a 32nm bulk technology that they will begin accepting orders for in the second half of this year.

After the introduction of the 32nm technology, GlobalFoundries will release a 28nm technology tested and ready to go for taking orders in early 2010 with full-scale production later in the year. Compared to the 32nm process, GF expects to see some significant power and size reductions on 28nm that could potentially really spotlight that particular process as the target for GPU architectures going forward. 28nm technology will also be the 3rd generation of immersion lithography and 2nd generation High-K metal gate design.

o PCIe 3.0 na HD6000 mozes len spekulovat, a naco ? Ved ani PCIe 1.1 neni vyuzita natolko, zeby bolo nutne prechadzat na PCIe 2.0 a nie este ktomu PCIe 3.0
