Takže, moja skúsenosť, pýtal som sa na Logitech a nakoniec prišlo na využitie RMA, takže mal som pár problémov, v podstate
Dear Logitech team,
I have recently started to experience a couple of issues with my G403 Wireless mouse.
Please find the video below showing multiple rattling problems, where
- first I am shaking with a mouse (most gently) - is that a sensor rattle?
- then I am shaking a bit more and you can here more rattling noises
- then I am holding all buttons to isolate other possible sources of a noise
- then I am showing a back button having a strange spring release noise (the forward button is totally ok, no spring noise)
- then I am tapping (still gently) with a mouse revealing a lot of noises
- lastly I am mimicking a normal move/tap movements and tapping when using it just as usual - it is quite disturbing

If it is worth anything, the mouse has not fallen or anything, I try to care the best about all products I have. One more (potential) problem I noticed two times in last two weeks - I got a orange indicator, which usually I recharge when I see, however two times in last two weeks a day after I recharged mouse I got a red warning light about battery level being low - is it possible there is some radical discharging issue? I don't want to claim there is, it is still just my observation, I did not have a chance thoroughly observe it. Of course, if needed, in the link below is the invoice for the mouse, it was bought in January 2017.
ak si odmyslím to, že celý proces trvá už 10 dní, tak som spokojný. Včera to už odoslali. Samozrejme, ale ako každý jeden krát pri UPS, zase nejaký problém s údajmi, teraz taký, že ja som im napísal adresu a všetko bez diakritiky a v systéme to muselo nejako vložiť s ňou ale bola ignorovaná, takže mi to ide oficiálne do Koice namiesto Košice a pod. No už som volal a následne poslal e-mail s údajmi, ktoré sú správne UPSke (teda našej SPSke).
Starú ako tak vidím nemusím vracať, takže spoko.
